Ronni Solomon is a member of King & Spalding's E-Discovery Practice Group, where she helps large and small companies develop a plan to guide them through the early disclosure and discussion requirements of the amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and through all phases of the e-discovery process. Ms. Solomon has been quoted in a number of publications including The Wall Street Journal and the Atlanta Business Chronicle on e-discovery issues, and has written e-discovery articles featured on law.com. She is also a frequent speaker on electronic discovery and traditional discovery issues.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Ms. Solomon was a corporate discovery specialist for one of the largest e-discovery companies in the industry where she advised and consulted with in-house counsel of large corporations on electronic discovery strategies. In this role, she frequently taught Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to corporate legal departments on a range of topics relating to electronic discovery such as litigation preparedness, document retention and preservation issues and best practices for managing e-discovery issues when litigation arises. Ms. Solomon has been a litigator for over twelve years and practiced at another large firm in Atlanta where she served as National Discovery Counsel for a Fortune 100 company and for one of the largest providers of long-term health care in the United States.

Suellen Bergman is an attorney in the Contractual Services group of GE Energy. She is responsible for the structuring and negotaition of a wide range of commercial agreements of all of GE Energy Services' various busines units. Mrs. Bergman is also involved in dispute resolution and implementation of risk management processes.

Prior to joining GE Energy, Mrs. Bergman worked at two large Atlanta law firms, Powell Goldstein and King & Spalding, and she also served for over two years as the law clerk to the Honorable Joel M. Feldman, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
